Yay for me they’re trying to push me out of school, most likely to collect some kind of bonus just like what WSIB officers receive for treating injured workers like toe jam. I’ve learned a lot about the workings of the legal system from attempting to sue a corporation for breaking it’s word and contract with me and I have to say the only real justice it seems today resides in the court rooms of your local municipality. There’s so much information located online that one can easily do their own research as to what laws may be breached by others, the only real obstacle seems to be the courage to go up against high priced lawyers in a court room without being reduced to a jittery mess. But I think if you just see a judge as another human being, who went to school, and did all the same things that you did, then perhaps it would be easier for someone to conduct themselves much more eloquently in a court of law.
At any rate I’ve learned a lot, I’ll see if it all pays in the end. But still I’ll have learned some things. Just a little fyi for Ontario residents you can get court fee waivers if you don’t have enough money so that you can actually claim justice for yourself without having to earn a six figure salary in order to achieve a measure of justice.
