Well I got my legal papers back from Small Claims for my suit against MBNA & Assurant, there is to be a mandatory settlement conference of which they’ll most likely attempt to force me into settling for peanuts, but I’ll see. This has taken me over one year to get both of those corrupt institutions to behave in an ethical manner and honour their word and contractual obligations. Many may be intimidated by the whole process, but really it’s not that bad. Although all of the paper work required, the duplication & triplication of legal docs is a super pain in the derriere, in the end it should be worth the efforts and great annoyances.
