If you’re like me and you have a kind of knee pain due to over training, a degenerative disease, or simply work in relatively immobile standing positions for hours on end perhaps you’ve come up with a strategy to deal with such pain while on the go, or simply while resting.
If you actually move your legs around in a kind of slight bending actions, not all the time mind you, your cartilage will be given the chance to reduce stress upon a relatively fixed angular vector force acting upon the whole knee joint area. If you even move your legs at the knee while seated your knee pain may also reduce as well, just like my pesky over trained knees.
